Light & Bright Spring Home Tour

Welcome to my 2019 Spring home tour, I’m so excited to be joining 30 talented bloggers sharing their beautiful homes in addition to our wonderful host Marty from A Stroll Thru Life. If you’re here from White Arrows, welcome! And please check out the complete tour lineup at the bottom of this post!

So it’s officially Spring, but we’ve still got a little bit to go in Chicago before it truly feels that way! I always love when you see finally see those first buds on the trees, or the first blossoming branches! So until the real stuff blooms, I’m all about faux…or some pretty blooms from Trader Joe’s!

Froyer

Starting in my foyer I simply replaced some faux greenery with these pretty faux cherry blossoms.  Such an easy update but freshened up this little space.

Luckily my favorite pillows are simply the perfect spring accent! I love them year round but if there was ever a time to splurge Spring would be it!

Kitchen

In my kitchen simple accents like my pretty new dishtowel, and new Spring candle from Magnolia and a bouquet of tulips was all I needed to add a cheery spring vibe!

I’m so in love with my pretty new sign from The Little Bird, and how it fits just perfectly above my range.  I also recently got these pretty new canisters. I’m always a fan of bringing wood elements into a white space to warm it up a tad!

Banquette Table

My banquette table got a couple fun updates, including this gorgeous vase with some more faux stems.  I also filled this bowl with some faux lemons. So simple and easy but totally brightened up our nook!

I love having this large glass cabinet to display pretty pieces and mix it up season to season.  I recently splurged on these beautiful bowls that just scream Spring to me, as well as these!

Sunroom

And finally moving on to my sunroom. I played around with some pillows I already owned, added in some  faux stems and a couple new spring prints off Etsy for my gallery wall and now I can sit here and wait for the real stuff to bloom outside these windows!
