Make it Elegant

If you’re planning on hosting an easter dinner with people that you wouldn’t mind impressing, then an elegant easter tablescape is the best option for you! Try using matching plates, utensils, and napkins and for an extra classy touch, tie a pastel ribbon around your cutlery.

Attention to detail will go a long way for an elegant tablescape so be sure to keep everything symmetrical and pristine!

Keep it Simple

You don’t always have to go all out with decor, sometimes simple Easter tablescapes can be just as beautiful. Simple place settings, minimal decor, and delicious food is all you really need after all!

Even if your table set up is the same as always, you can add a little easter flair by adding a little decorative bunny! So easy and so adorable.

Make it Modern

The best way to keep up with all the new and exciting ideas is to make a modern Eastern Tablescape. Try out some trendy new decorations or some cute new placemats to really elevate your look.

Easter table setting

I love these adorable bunny ear napkin rings from World Market. They’re cute, and trendy and will definitely make your Easter Tablescape Instagram-worthy.

Go Full Floral

I don’t know about you, but when I think of Easter and Spring, I think of flowers! So why not try out a floral-themed Easter tablescape?!

Fresh Spring flowers are always a big hit because they’re natural and add a sense of life to the room, but faux florals can work just as well! These faux tulips would look beautiful on any table, especially in a cute Easter Vase as a stunning floral centerpiece!

Try an Easy Pastel Theme

Pastel colors are a signature sign of Easter decor, and always a perfect way to go. There is a ton of pastel Easter decor out there, so a pastel-themed tablescape should be relatively easy to pull off!

This beautiful Heritage Kantha Table Runner would fit the theme and make a stunning base for your easter table settings. Or try this sage highball glass for a touch of green on your table!

Easter Buffet Tablescapes

Sometimes, if you have a lot of guests, there just isn’t enough room for a sit-down dinner, which means it’s buffet time! But just because you have a buffet dinner, doesn’t mean you can’t still have a beautiful Easter Tablescape.

For an Easter buffet tablescape, you’ll want to include small pieces of decor and practical dinner wear that can hold a lot of food. This acacia wooden egg tray from Amazon looks beautiful and it would be great for holding deviled eggs at Easter brunch.

Or this stoneware Easter serving platter is another great option!

Nothing but Neutral

I am always a fan of neutral tablescapes because they’re timeless and you can always reuse most of the decor for multiple holidays! Plus, there is a lot of cute Easter-themed decor that fits with a neutral tablescape.

Simple decorations such as this woven bunny, this stunning stoneware pitcher, or this beautiful woven serving basket are all perfect for a neutral-themed tablescape!

Farmhouse Themed

If you’re going for a farmhouse easter tablescape theme then incorporating rustic or wooden elements is important! You can keep your place settings simple and just add a few wooden decorative accents or go all out and tie the theme into your entire tablescape!

I like to add small touches, like these beautiful woven napkins from Amazon that add some lovely textured charm to the table. Or serve up some appetizers on a natural wood cutting board for that rustic aspect.

Go Pink

If you have trouble deciding which colors go with each other, then just pick one and go for it! Pink Easter Tablescapes are super trendy, and not to mention, so cute.

These pink plastic tumblers would look perfect on a pink tablescape and they’re only $4 each! Or this handpainted bunny bowl with a pink exterior is perfect for Easter and would make an adorable centerpiece on your table.

Religious Easter Tablescapes

For a religious Easter tablescape idea, try adding touches that focus more on faith-based decor rather than classic Easter decor. There are many simple ways of adding some faithful touches to your Spring table without losing any Easter styling elegance.

If you want to keep the meaning of Easter front and center then try adding some cute little ceramic churches to the table, or add a table runner with a “He is Risen” theme!

How To Decorate A Table For Easter

Easter Tablescape Ideas
Choose a Theme / Color Palette

The best way to ensure that your table will look intentional and organized is to choose a theme or a color palette. Try to keep with 2 to 3 colors to avoid a “busy” looking tablescape.

Once you’ve chosen a theme or color then pick a few table decorations that match and incorporate them into your Easter table! I love to choose a neutral base and then add some small touches or colors throughout the area.

Mix and Match Textures

When it comes to Easter tablescape ideas, mixing and matching textures will ensure that your tablescape has a level of interest and dimension! For example, try adding some wicker accents and pair them with stoneware!

These two items won’t clash and the different textures will draw the eye in a good way.
